is it illegal of some kind of agreement between franchise food companies that they don't deliver. i mean almost every country i've been to will deliver (at the buyers cost).

No it is not illegal. The restaurant decides if it is their policy to deliver or not.



Sounds like you are just too lazy to drive anywhere to get your own food.
see if anyone will import take out taxi to australia
