if you are on the mill creek ,thrashers corner side, zen garden is THE best. they do deliver but their restaurant is so beautiful it's better to eat there. excellent dim sum too.

I live in Bothell and Chan's Place - Cuisines of China - in Woodinville has really good Chinese food. I don't know if they deliver (I know they do take-out).



They are about 5 minutes from downtown Bothell, so if they do deliver, I bet they'd serve Bothell/kenmore.
