Call and talk to the manager and also, if necessary, the regional manager. we ordered a pizza, the place was about 2 miles form us, the guy didn't show up for 3 hours, we kept calling the store and they kept saying he's on his way, etc, the guy never did show and the manager told us he didn't know the area, he was new. Call the restaurant and cancel the order. Contact the manager and tell him why you did that. Post a very bad review on Yelp or whatever.
Always go to the top. Ask for owner or manager for refund. He'll probably give you a coupon or voucher for a free meal.
