What are the legal issues delivering food from other restaurants. Like all of the ones that offer curb side pick up like apple bee's, bob evans, outback, texas, etc. Would I need the franchise permission to do so? I feel like I am just like any othre customer doing a pick up but I am still curious as to the issues behind it.Legal issues with food delivery?
There are no "issues." Just pick the food up for other people and deliver it for a small fee. You're going to have to find a way to keep the food hot.
