Is it legal to offer a delivery service of fast food like taco bell and what not?

I would think doing this as an after dark delivery service.. soo open at 9pm and offer it till 3-4am. Also, provide rides home if people have been drinking. Do I need a taxi license and how do I get one?Is it legal to offer a delivery service of fast food like taco bell and what not?
Do you really want to deal with the people (like me) that are requesting things like rides home and taco bell at 3-4 in the morning? I don't think you would need a taxi license, but you would need permission from the companies that you would be delivering from. I would think that, that would be the hardest thing to do.Is it legal to offer a delivery service of fast food like taco bell and what not?
If you do get permission from the companies and you need a menu. silly as it sounds there are laws around selling/bringing stuff to a deiverly that isnt on the menu. Ex you cant deliver cigarette and pizza if you only have pizza on your menu even if your customer asked you to. It probably wont work with fast food names. Find a local resturant that doesnt deliver at all but stays open late. See if they are willing to "join" your service. I would reccomend if you can buy beer 24 hours a day to sell beer %26amp; cigarettes and a local resturant food or heck make your own food and sell it. It doesnt have to be excellent just edible since you will probably only get drunks offer subs or a cheap sandwich or something very simple even coffee by the box or something. You would probably need a license to sell things like that and definitely need a license to sell beer/cigs. That would be the only good way to do it. Your idea isnt bad but not very likely taco bell and other places probably wont go for it. and you would need to get some really good insurance if you want to drive drunk people around. (not safe driving and in general). Good luck man it seems a bit of a far out idea.
