I used to use Food.com, but they're gone. Looks like Restaurant.com is going that way, too. I haven't tried DiningIn.com, but they seem to be the same kind of idea and are still in business. There are also restaurant delivery services, which aren't the restaurants themselves, but a third party. They pick up your food from the restaurant and bring it to you. A couple listed on yahoo are http://www.takeouttaxi.com/ and https://www.diningin.com/.
