I dont have budget to start restaurant in commercial building. So i want prepare it in my home and i ll do delivery on orders. Is it illegal?I want start food delivery service by preparing at home. What is the formalities for getting licence and tin n?
Check with your local health department ... they will be either at city hall or the county courthouse.
