Why there are not too many options for Office Food Delivery in Singapore?

I'm working now in Singapore and I have observed that there are very limited number of options if I want to order something to be delivered to my office. And there are no options with free or affordable delivery for only one pax... why?.. I'm coming from Argentina where in Down Town you have plenty of delivery options and you can simply order one sandwich of 5 dollars and they would deliver that to your office....



Would Singaporeans massively move to Delivery if there are options that are cheaper than buying outside and good quality?Why there are not too many options for Office Food Delivery in Singapore?
